1. Definitions and Interpretation

"jikbaj" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at jikbaj.bet. "Account" means the registered player account created by you. "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and any credited bonus funds in your account. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST, UTC+6) is the reference time zone for all time-sensitive rules including promotion deadlines and bet settlement.

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Any reference to a statute, regulation, or rule includes all amendments and successors to that statute, regulation, or rule.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with jikbaj, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously been excluded from jikbaj or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or entity.
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited.

jikbaj reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period (typically 72 hours from request) may result in account suspension until verification is completed. Accounts found to have been registered using false information will be permanently closed and remaining balances may be forfeited at jikbaj's discretion following a review.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. jikbaj will never ask you to share your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, you must treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Any activity that takes place under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access. You agree to notify jikbaj immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. jikbaj accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jikbaj accepts deposits through the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though large transactions may require additional verification under jikbaj's anti-money laundering procedures.

All deposits must originate from a financial account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and your account may be suspended pending investigation. jikbaj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages on the part of bKash, Nagad, or banking partners.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three Business Days for standard verified accounts. Players who have completed full identity verification (KYC) are eligible for expedited processing. A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳1,000 applies. jikbaj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that display patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay behaviour.

Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of both the player and the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jikbaj offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms for that offer state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the individual promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.

6. Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

All games available on jikbaj — including live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, crash games from Spribe, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, jikbaj will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the round fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the round will be treated as void and stakes will be returned. jikbaj accepts no liability for losses attributable to a player's own internet connection, device failure, or browser incompatibility.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Results declared after a specified settlement deadline may be settled on the score at that deadline. In-play bets accepted after an event has de facto concluded due to data latency will be voided.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Creating multiple accounts or circumventing a self-exclusion or ban by registering a new account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jikbaj platform — including but not limited to the jikbaj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of jikbaj or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jikbaj platform without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of jikbaj's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jikbaj's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jikbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, even if jikbaj has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.

jikbaj does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no representations regarding the suitability of the platform's content for any particular purpose.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your jikbaj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, typically within 5 to 7 Business Days.

jikbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) jikbaj is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) your account shows signs of fraudulent activity; or (d) you have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In the case of termination for cause, jikbaj may forfeit any bonus balances and may withhold real-money balances pending investigation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jikbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — jikbaj will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of jikbaj following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of a dispute between you and jikbaj, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the jikbaj support team at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 Business Days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to a binding arbitration process administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The findings of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
